    Fault in Heating System Detected

    Your Water System has detected a fault within your heating system.

  2. 2

    Check switch on rear of Water System (Located next to the power cable inlet is switched to ‘I’ Pushed Down

  3. 3

    Press Extra Hot Button

  4. If this issue persists, then:

    Unplug the Water System from the power supply by removing from electrical socket.

  6. 2

    Wait up to 60 seconds.

  7. 3

    Plug into socket and turn on power.

  8. 4

    Press extra hot button.

  9. 5

    Allow time to boil before dispensing.
