Yes, water does not dispense

    The Jug function may be switched off.

    Enter the menu

    Select water temp & qty

  3. 3

    Select cold water

  4. 4

    Select jug

  5. 5

    Select yes

  6. 6

    Press OK to confirm choice

  7. 7

    Press the left arrow key repeatedly until you return to the main screen

  8. 8

    Try the jug function (press the jug icon)

  9. If issue still persists

  10. 1

    Turn off the home water system at the mains

  11. 2

    Wait 1 minute

  12. 3

    Turn the power back on
