Problem with descale

    Pod leaks whilst inserted into machine

    Stop flow of water.

  2. 2

    Remove pod.

  3. 3

    Check o rings are aligned on pod legs.

  4. 4

    Run pod legs under cold water and try again.

  5. If this did not solve the problem:

    With pod inserted into the machine, press it down and hold for a few seconds until water dispenses. Then continue with the descale process.
