Extra water appears leak occured

    Check if the spout is clean and clear of any particles. If it isn't, clean it with warm water and non-abrasive cloth, then try and dispense hot water again.

    If this issue is not resolved:

    Have you changed your filter kit and descaled your Water System when you received the most recent kit from us?

    If Yes:

    Please call Customer Services on 0207 022 6471 to assist you further.

    If No:

    Please perform the filter change and descale process for your Water System.

    If you are unable to locate your filter kit, please contact Customer Service on 0207 022 6471
