If you’re currently completing a filter change process?
If you have recently changed your filter, it is possible that the machine has air trapped in the system. This usually clears within 10 minutes of leaving the machine untouched.
Please note, once the air has been released there may be a small delay after pressing for cold water whilst the water fills the air gap. It should dispense within a few moments the first time.
