    Less than 6 months old

New water machines can experience some slightly cloudy hot water to begin with. This is not unusual and is expected whilst the hot water system settles in. Please follow the following steps to speed up the 'settle in' period.

  1. 1

Press the EXTRA HOT button, and wait until the water BOILS

  2. 2

DO NOT USE THE MACHINE FOR 30 mins

  3. 3

Press the EXTRA HOT button and wait for the water to boil one last time

  4. 4

DO NOT USE THE MACHINE FOR another 30 mins

  5. 5

Press the EXTRA HOT button and wait for the water to boil one last time

  6. 6

Dispense TWO litres of water by pressing the HOT button. Air may be present in the system so a slight spluttering may occur.

  7. 7

Check for clarity in the water

  8. 8

    REPEAT THIS PROCESS IF REQUIRED.
