  • What happens after the first 12 months?

    If you have chosen to pay in interest-free instalments for the Water System, as long as all payments have been made, you will own the Water System and these payments will stop.

    If you have chosen the Smart Monthly Service you have the option to continue with the £17.95 monthly service for another 12 months or switch to pay-as-you-go to purchase Filters, UV Lamps, and Service when you choose.

  • What are the delivery and installation timeframes?

    You should receive your water system 2 working days after you place your order.

    Installation

    Within 24 hours of delivery, a member of our team should be in contact with you to discuss timeframes for installation.

    We aim to install within 5 working days of delivery or at a time convenient to you.

  • How is the Water System installed?

    Once you have ordered we will phone you to organise for one of our specially trained engineers to install your Water System on a convenient date. All of our prices for both packages include professional installation with no additional hidden costs.

  • What if I want to order now but delay installation?

    No problem. Once you’ve ordered, your new Water System will be delivered free of charge within two working days. As soon as it is delivered, one of our team will be in touch to arrange installation. Explain to them when and where you want the installation to occur, and we will take care of everything. Whether that’s an installation in your current address in a month after kitchen renovations or two weeks once you have moved house, take the Water System with you, and we can arrange a convenient date.

  • How does the 30 day satisfaction guarantee work?

    Change your mind anytime up to 30 days after your installation and we will come and collect your Water System free of charge and give you a full refund, no questions asked.

  • How often do I need to change the filter and UV lamp?

    The Water System needs a filter change every six months and the UV lamp every year. It only takes a couple of minutes, and they simply click in and out – you don’t need tools or anything like that. You can find instructions on our website, and we’ll also leave you a handy guide when we install.

  • Where can I buy replacement parts and how much do they cost?

    All parts and services can be ordered directly from our website. 6 month Filter Packs are £59.99 and 12 month Filter and UV Lamp Packs are £119.99. Extended warranty is £69.99 per year and re-installations are also £69.99. If you choose the Smart Monthly Service all of these costs are covered in the £17.95 monthly service. You can refer to this page for more detailed information.

  • What if I move house?

    Simply contact us and tell us where you are moving and we will arrange for one of our engineers to come and reinstall at your new property.

    For customers who order the Smart Monthly Service, this is included at no extra cost.

    For all other customers, it costs £69.99
