    When ordering the Smart Package a £12.95 monthly Direct Debit will be setup for WaterCare+. This is separate from your Water System and Installation and includes the all of on-running service such as filter delivery. WaterCare+ is a minimum 12 month plan and after 12 months you choose to continue WaterCare+ or not.

  • What is the difference between the packages?

    To order a Basics or Essentials package you make a one-off payment or twelve 0% monthly instalments for your Water System and Installation. You then order new Filters, UV Lamps and additional services like extended warranty as you need them, on a pay-as-you-go basis.

    To order a Smart package, you simply make a one-off payment or twelve 0% monthly instalments for your Water System and Installation. Alongside this you’ll set-up a separate WaterCare+ subscription. This covers everything needed for uninterrupted pure water in a hassle-free, £12.95 monthly payment.

  • What happens after the first 12 months?

    If you choose the Basics or Essentials package simply visit the shop section of our website to order new Water Filters and UV Lamps. You can also upgrade with additional services such as extended warranty when needed.

    Smart package customers can continue with WaterCare+ for a further 12 months at £12.95 / month. Alternatively, you can end WaterCare+ and switch to pay-as-you-go. We’ll contact you after 12 months with your options.

  • How often do I need to change the Filters and UV Lamps?

    The water system needs a filter change every 6 months and the UV lamp every 12.

  • How do I change the filter and UV lamp?

    It only takes a couple of minutes and they simply click in and out. We’ll provide instructions when your new system is installed.

  • How does paying in monthly installments work?

    Spread the cost easily, interest-free using a debit card with no credit checks or applications with our preferred payment partner Splitit.

    • Step 1: At the checkout select pay monthly with a debit card choosing 6 or 12 months
    • Step 2: You will be directed to the Splitit checkout to complete the order
    • Step 3: Fill in your card details
    • Step 4: Splitit will verify your debit card by authorising 60% of the total order. You will see a transaction for this value on your bank statement which will be immediately refunded. This payment is never taken and will always be refunded back to you.
    • Step 5: The first monthly installment is taken straight away
    • Step 6: The remaining payments will be taken on the same date, every month until the plan is complete
  • I want to order now but delay installation until I move house or complete renovations?

    No problem. Once you’ve ordered, your new Water System will be delivered free of charge within two working days. As soon as it is delivered, one of our team will be in touch to arrange installation. Explain to them when and where you want the installation to occur, and we will take care of everything. Whether that’s an installation in your current address in a month after kitchen renovations or two weeks once you have moved house, take the Water System with you, and we can arrange a convenient date.
