    We've opted to exclusively offer our systems through subscription to ensure you always enjoy a continuous supply of pure water. This subscription model allows us to provide all the required ongoing support and maintenance for your system within one easily managed monthly payment and avoids any big unexpected costs.

  • What is paid upfront?

    £74.99 upfront with a credit or debit card or split into three 0% monthly instalments of £24.99 each with Klarna. This includes comprehensive installation and personalised set-up by one of our specially trained technicians who will spend around an hour ensuring that your Water System is ready to your exact preferences.

  • When will I be charged my first monthly subscription fee?

    Your monthly subscription billing begins within 7 days after installation, ensuring you're billed only when you start using the system. You'll set up a monthly direct debit when placing your order.

  • Can I order now and delay installation to a later date?

    Yes, once you've placed your order, our team will contact you to schedule an installation date. Whether you're undergoing kitchen renovations or planning to move, we can accommodate your preferred timing and your subscription payments will not start until your system has been installed.

  • What happens if I order but you cannot install it in my home?

    If we can’t install the system in your home, we’ll refund your payment in full and cancel any future subscriptions automatically.

  • Are there any extra costs outside of the monthly subscription?

    Your monthly subscription covers all costs, including parts, repairs, and replacements, with no hidden fees.

  • Will the monthly subscription fee increase?

    Your agreed monthly rate remains fixed throughout the minimum subscription term, ensuring no unexpected increases. Beyond the minimum subscription period you can choose to continue on a rolling monthly basis on the same monthly price, change plans or end your subscription.

  • What happens if I move house?

    We cover all house moves with our subscriptions. Simply contact us, and we'll guide you through safely disconnecting, moving, and reinstalling the system at your new property at no extra cost.

  • Can I change between the plans?

    Yes, contact our customer services team to switch plans. However, note that switching plans commits you to the full minimum term of the new plan.

  • What happens at the end of the subscription plan?

    At the end of the minimum subscription period, the plan defaults to a rolling monthly basis with no commitment at the current monthly price. You can also choose to upgrade to a new device of your choice with no upgrade fee. Or cancel, and we will collect the system free of charge, and no further payments will be due.

  • What is the cancellation policy for Subscriptions?

    Customers can cancel within the first 30 days of installation without questions, and we'll collect the system for free. After the trial period, cancellation terms depend on the selected subscription plan. If the plan requires a minimum commitment, then customers agree to the following minimum contract period.

  • How is installation arranged?

    We aim to install all new Systems within 10 days of order. Either choose a date online upon order completion or we’ll call to schedule a date. On the arranged date, our technicians will bring the new Water System with them and handle everything, including connecting to the water mains and configuring your system to your preferences.

  • How does the 30-day satisfaction guarantee work?

    Change your mind within 30 days, let us know you have changed your mind, and we’ll take care of everything. Our team will come to you and collect the water system free of charge. We’ll refund 100% of everything you have paid and cancel the remainder of your plan.

  • What happens if I encounter a fault with my system?

    We know Pure Water is important, so if you need us, we repair or replace within 3 days on average. Just give our team a call, and we will arrange everything. All services and house moves are included within the subscription at no extra cost.
