Filter does not fit

    The MAZE purifier in your water has a blue stripe along the top.

    Does your MAZE purifier match the description?

    If yes:

    Remove the MAZE water purifier

  2. 2

    Check for any obstructions (debris) in the filter area of the machine

  3. 3

    Ensure filter is inserted facing in correct direction (it only fits one way).
