How do I descale my WaterBar?
How should I clean my WaterBar?
Use a soft cloth and lukewarm water to clean the body and a dry cloth to clean the control panel.
Don’t use harsh detergents, concentrated cleaning fluids, solvents or abrasive cleaning aids. Remember the WaterBar is connected to the electrics, so don’t get the back wet. Water and electricity really don’t mix.
I own a WaterBar but no longer have a service contract. How can I buy the filtration and purification supplies?
First of all, you should definitely be on a contract. It’s a much better deal. Some of our customers find themselves with a WaterBar but no supplies, so they can’t get the pure mineral water they’re looking for. We offer two options here.

How often do I need to change filters and UV Lamp and where do I get them from?
Our testing in homes and offices is conducted at high volume (above the use of most households or offices) and has shows that on average the filter needs replacing every six months and the UV lamp every 12 months. If you’re subscribed to one of our monthly plans, we’ll send you replacements when they’re due. This keeps it nice and simple for you.
Can I change the filters and lamps myself?
Why is it important to replace the filter, the UV lamp and descale on time?
From the moment the filter is installed, it will collect particles and chlorine as it takes them out of your water. Replacing the filter on time means we can guarantee your water will stay pure and taste great.
Over time and with use, the UV lamp will gradually lose power. When this happens, it won’t be able to kill bacteria at its optimum rate. Replacing the UV lamp on time will stop this happening.
Descaling is important to prevent white flakes appearing in your water. With a simple descaling treatment which takes place when you change the filters twice per year you can avoid scale all year round.
