What if I move house?
We offer re-installation at a new UK mainland address. Firstly disconnect the WaterBar by following the instruction here.
Take the WaterBar to your new address and call us to arrange for a technician to come and re-install the WaterBar. Service is free for residential customers on individual WaterBars, business charges may vary.
How does Virgin Pure compare to buying bottled water?
Advice varies, but it’s generally accepted that you should be drinking around 2 l of water a day.
A 1.5 litre of bottled water from a well-known brand currently costs around 52p. To drink 2 litres a day would cost 70p, or £20 a month. That’s £80 a month for a family of four. Compare this to the £19 or £23 a month for a WaterBar.
This is why our WaterBars help you and your family drink more pure water. The more you drink, the cheaper it gets. It’s not magic – it’s just maths!
And don’t forget bottled water needs valuable fridge space, it produces an unsustainable for lots of plastic waste and you’ll still need a separate kettle.

How does a Virgin Pure WaterBar compare to water filter jugs and pitchers?
Our WaterBars are connected to your water mains and so your homes water supply is filtered, purified and then heated and chilled – ready for whenever you want it. There’s no refilling, no need to take up space in the fridge and no need for a separate kettle. No contest!
How can I pay?
If your WaterBar is for your home, you can pay the installation charge with any major credit or debit card, apart from American Express. For your monthly payment, we’ll set up a direct debit from your bank account.
If you are taking multiple WaterBars for your workplace we’ll send you an invoice for payment via BACS. See more on our business service here.
How does payment work?
When you order your WaterBar, the only cost is a £29 installation charge. This can’t be refunded once the WaterBar has been installed.
Your monthly plan begins on the date your WaterBar is installed. We’ll collect your first monthly payment via direct debit around 2 weeks after your installation and then on or around that date every month for the duration of your plan.
If you would like to choose the date your direct debit is taken then please call our customer service team once your WaterBar has been installed and they can organise a preferred date.
Can I see a WaterBar before I join Virgin Pure and what if I change my mind?
What if I change my mind after the 30 day trial?
If you change your mind after the 30-day trial period, you can cancel your plan at 12 months. Just let us know at least 30 days before your 12-month anniversary. We’ll then collect the WaterBar and end your contract. See full T&Cs here.
If I am not on a subscription where can I buy the replacement filters and UV lamps?
