Important Covid-19 update

In these uncertain times, the safety of our customers and staff is our only priority.

Therefore we are doing everything we can to minimise day-to-day contact between people across all areas of our business and have made some big changes.

– If you’re new to Virgin Pure we’re sorry but we’re not offering any new installations during this time.
– If you’re ready to order now, great, we will be in touch to arrange installation as soon as the time is right with priority given to the orders placed first.

To all Current Customers:

We understand that our water is important to you and so we are working extra hard to find solutions to help you enjoy it no matter what.

If you are experiencing problems with your Water System, we are working with our customers to get things pouring again which don’t involve face-to-face contact. We have put in additional steps to do this, please contact us on 0207 022 6472 for support.

We will continue to work with Royal Mail to send all regular replacement filters and UV lamps routinely to customers with a subscription and they are also available to order here.

At this time we ask all customers to consider that we are prioritising our most vulnerable customers and essential services (like hospitals) who rely on us most and so we may take a little longer than usual to respond.

Whilst this remains a very challenging time for everyone we’d like to thank our incredible team who are at the heart of what we do and our incredible customers for their patience and understanding. We can’t wait so see you again soon.
