How should I clean my WaterBar?
Use a soft cloth and lukewarm water to clean the body, and a dry cloth to clean the control panel.
Don’t clean with harsh detergents, concentrated cleaning fluids, solvents or abrasive cleaning aids. Remember that the WaterBar is connected to the electrics so don’t wet the back, as water and electricity don’t really mix!
Can I change the filters and lamps myself?
It’s quick and easy to change the filters and lamps. We send you a simple guide when we post them to you. If you have any questions, just phone our customer service team on 020 7022 6471 and they’ll talk you through how to do it.
How often do I need to change filters and where do I get them from?
The filter needs to be changed every six months and the UV lamp every 12 months. Don’t worry, we’ll post these straight to you when they’re due for replacement during the length of your contract, keeping it nice and simple for you.
I own a WaterBar but not longer have a service contract. How can I buy the filtration and purification supplies?
If you already own the WaterBar and don’t want to sign up for the WaterClub, then please give us a call to order new filters, descaling pods, or UV lamps.
